Vodafone Introduces "Pay Per Second" tariff plan across India

Vodafone Essar, India's second largest GSM service provider has launced Pay Per Second billing plan for its subscribers across India. With this plan, Customers can call all local and STD vodafone nos at 1p/sec. Local and STD calls to other mobiles will be charged @ 1.2p/sec. The plan differs circle by circle.
