RCom announces Pay Per Second billing plan

India's second largest telecom service provider Reliance Communications has announced the launch of Pay Per Second billing plan for its customers. With this plan, Reliance customers can now enjoy all local,STD and roaming calls to any network at just 1p/sec. Each SMS will be charged at 50p. Rcom is also offering "Simply Reliance" plan which offers all local,STD and roaming calls and SMSes at just 50p/min.
