BSNL launches Pay Per Second billing plan

BSNL, the State owned telecom service provider has announced the launch of per second billing plan. With this plan, all local & STD calls to BSNL mobiles will be charged @ 1p/sec and all local & STD calls to other networks will be charged @ 1.2p/sec.
BSNL also offers another plan which is similar to Reliance' Simply Initiative plan. This plan offers all local & STD calls @ 49p/min and local & STD SMSes @ 49p/msg.
