Vodafone Essar, India's second largest GSM service provider has launched “Pay Per Second” tariff plan for its Prepaid Subscribers in Orissa telecom circle. Subscribers can avail this offer for a recharge of Rs.12 which comes with one year validity and offers all local & STD calls will be charged at 1 paisa/second.
