Aircel Delhi introduces 'Hungama offer'

Aircel, India's 6th largest telecom operator has launched "Hungama offer" which offers calls on per second basis to its Delhi subscribers. With this,the Customers can make both local and STD calls for a lowest tariff of 1p per second.Existing subscribers can avail this option by sending an SMS or calling 123 for free of cost.
