It's been two weeks since MNP has been launched in India and there is a overwhelming response among the people to switch operators without changing their mobile number. So far, almost a million users have opted to change their service providers. It is learnt that nearly 270,000 users have switched operators till now. The major gainers of MNP are Vodafone (1.09 Lakh), Idea Cellular (56,000), Aircel (52,000) and Airtel (29,000). The losers are BSNL, RCom and Tata Indicom who together have lost considerable amount of subscribers.
