Tata Docomo's Per-Second billing offer for Roaming across India

Tata Docomo, the GSM brand of Tata Teleservices is now offering roaming calls on Per-Second basis. The customers can make calls to any network across India at 1 p/sec while roaming. They will be charged at a rate of 1 p/sec for all incoming and outgoing calls while roaming.
