Bharti Airtel, India’s largest mobile service provider in terms of subscriber base has announced the launch of “tweetSMS” a third-party application which allows its users to receive Twitter SMS Updates directly to the mobile phone.Now Airtel subscriber can all Tweet at the price of a single SMS, they can connect to a huge community of Tweeters.An Airtel subscriber simply has to SMS Signup to short code 53000 at a cost of Rs 1, follow the instructions to complete the registration process and start Tweeting.
Twitter hits 5 Billion Tweets
The micro-blogging site Twitter has recorded 5 Billion tweets. Twitter's 5 Billionth tweeth called "pentagigatweet" was the message "Oh lord" sent by @robinsloan to @sexysloan9912e. It is to be remembered that twitter received 3.4 Billion tweets in just 6 months.

Nimbus bags BCCI TV rights till 2014
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has inked a contract worth Rs.2000 crore with the NimbusCommunications Pvt Ltd for broadcasting rights of the cricket matches for the next four years.
Nimbus currently holds the right to broadcast all international and domestic cricket matches to be played in India which will end in March next year.
The new contract will be valid from April 2010 to 2014 and BCCI will get a fee of Rs 315 million for every match broadcasted by nimbus.

Jenson Button deserves his F1 world title says Mark Webber
Red Bull driver Webber said Button, who charged from 14th on the grid to finish fifth, deserved his championship.
The Australain said: "He drove very well in the early part of the season. It was not easy to have error-free weekends. He has driven very well. Brawn had some strengths and weaknesses, but JB did a good job so I want to congratulate him."
Jenson Button Wins F1 World Championship
Jenson Button has won the Formula One world title, becoming the 10th British driver to claim motorsport's greatest prize.
Button, 29, came fifth in a pulsating Brazilian Grand Prix, which gave him enough points to inherit the title from last year's winner, Lewis Hamilton.His team Brawn GP also claimed the constructors' title.
As Button crossed the line after 71 remarkable laps at Interlagos he broke into a rendition of Queen's We Are The Champions, before repeating the boast "We're champions, we're champions".
